Being fit and living healthy is what I know and love. I started working in the fitness industry after leaving the U.S. Navy as an Electronic Warfare Technician over 25 years ago. As a master personal trainer, yoga instructor and owner of Maplewood Boot Camp I have had opportunity to help transform the lives of thousands of busy mom’s, dad’s, military service personnel and law enforcement. My method is a science based approach blending the latest nutrition, cardiovascular, strength and wellness modalities to create the most efficient program to achieve your personal goals and fit your lifestyle.

  1. We are flexible with several time slots. Contact us to discuss your options.
  2. The classes are 45 minutes in length bookended with a warm-up and cool down.
  3. Each class costs $65 for a single personal training session. Small group sessions available, 2 person minimum, inquire for rates.
  4. Payment can be made via Venmo to @Carlos-Sanchez-582 or Paypal to sanchezcarlosj3@gmail.com

You do not need to have any equipment, we’ll be doing body-weight exercises, so just bring yourself and a mat or large towel and water. Here are some general guidelines for working out in your home or outside:

  1. A space the size of an exercise mat is enough for all the exercises we’ll be performing — use a mat or large towel to lay on the floor, the grass, your deck or patio.
  2. Place your laptop or mobile device in a location that will give you clear visibility of the screen to view exercise demonstrations. Also, ensure that your whole body is in the camera frame so I can make suggestions if necessary.

I know our houses are bursting with people these days and encourage you, whenever possible, to join us from outside your home – getting fresh air and Vitamin D is as essential as moving your body, so if you can take your phone or mobile device outside and join us from your lawn, deck or patio, do that.
