Providing frontline technical support to internal end users, the full-time Helpdesk Technician I will manage support requests via phone and an internal helpdesk portal while collaborating with team members to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Uphold established security policies and protocols to protect organizational assets Provide exceptional frontline support to end users with a positive, professional attitude Accurately document details surrounding end user requests and issue resolutions within support tickets Required qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in IT, technical support, or a related field, or an associate degree or higher in Information Technology/Information Systems Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Time management skills to effectively manage individual workload without consistent oversight
